About Cats & Cuddles

Cats & Cuddles is a non-profit 501(c)3 cat rescue organization dedicated to helping cats and those who love them. Our goal is to find loving homes for cats in need. Our cats come from various sources, like local shelters at capacity, off the street when brought in by good Samaritans, or surrendered by extended family when their owners passed away.Currently, we are focusing on individual rescue cases at a time but in the future, we hope to expand our reach to include multiple litters, expanded TNR efforts, a pet food pantry, and community support programs.

Charlotte (24A-1-0)

Charlotte is a dilute calico who has beautiful light green eyes and a VERY playful demeanor. Of all the toys in all the world, her favorite has got to be feather wands– it lets her work those strong muscles and bounce around like it’s going out of style. She truly is a relentless hunter of all things feather-toy adjacent! We believe this little lady would be happiest being adopted into a home with another energetic and friendly feline who likes to play hard and nap harder.

Charlotte is a very young mom, only almost one year old herself! She was found by a Good Samaritan in Fontana who kept her protected from coyotes in her garage until Cats & Cuddles discovered their plea for help. She spent the last few weeks of her pregnancy in the rescue’s foster space, making sure she was as healthy as possible before she gave birth. On January 26th she gave birth to three healthy baby kittens– two boys and one girl, who were all also named after Charlotte’s Web characters: Wilbur, Templeton, and Fern.We are unsure how Charlotte would do around cat-friendly dogs, though she might do well with slow and proper introductions. Charlotte has never had a problem with warming up to complete strangers, though we believe she would do best with an adult-only household, or in a home with older teen children that are cat-savvy about respecting boundaries!Charlotte will be getting spayed on March 27th and will be available for adoption after that point. She is current on her shots and flea treatments! Her adoption fee is $175, payable to Cats & Cuddles, a local non-profit rescue dedicated to giving cats like Charlotte and her little family the chance to find loving forever homes!Want to meet her and see if you fall in love? Email her foster at [email protected] to schedule a time to come visit her! She hopes to play with you soon!

Tabui (24A-2-0)

Meet Tabui! This little lady began life as an outdoor adventurer, and a few months ago decided to retire her independence for a life of luxury. She was hesitant at first, but once she got her first taste of food that she didn't have to hunt and gentle pets from a human, the gig was up.

These days, Tabui is exploring the delights of carpeted cat trees and sushi (the stuffed toy kind, don't worry, she's not THAT spoiled). She is very affectionate and will keep you company at your desk or hop into your lap for attention when she feels you need a break (often). She also loves watching the nature she used to explore out the window and chittering at local birds, as well as playing in her donut bed and helping you watch the time by reminding you it's time for post-dinner treaties. While Tabui has mostly transitioned to the indoor life, she is still wary of loud noises or being surprised with touches. She's also understandably reluctant to trust other animals - up until now, she couldn't, and while she's not aggressive, she has yet to consider any other animal friend-shaped.Tabui would do best in a quiet forever home, either as a solo cat or with another independent cat or small dog that will give Tabui her space. She is current on her shots and flea treatments! She is spayed and microchipped and has her dental work done! Her adoption fee is $150, payable to Cats & Cuddles, a local non-profit rescue dedicated to giving cats like Tabui the chance to find loving forever homes!Does she sound like the perfect fit for your family? Email her foster at [email protected] to schedule a time to come visit her to meet this lovely little lady for yourself!
